We handle any matter related to employment and employment law and in particular advise on employment contracts, lawful termination, and retrenchments, staff policies, guidelines or regulations for implementation at the workplace, issues concerning workman’s compensation, social security payments, and trade unions, and collective agreements.

We also represent our clients at the Commission for Mediation and Arbitration or the Labour Court where necessary.
